Is it really reliable for accounting?

Extraction is scored field by field with a confidence level, and every invoice runs through Portuguese-specific checks: Tax ID, ATCUD, VAT codes, special regimes. Doubtful fields are flagged for review and you can check everything before exporting.

Does it work with my accounting software?

Yes. ContaCerta produces a clean, mapped export, with VAT, accounts and series, that you can post into your accounting software.

Is my data secure?

Data encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the EU. GDPR compliant. You can delete everything at any time. We never use your invoices to train models.

What if the AI gets a field wrong?

We flag low-confidence invoices for review. Fix it in one click and the system learns from the correction for next time.

Can I cancel whenever I want?
